In a short period of time...
-The semester is about to finish.
-Who cares? Another semester like all the other semesters is finishing.
- For erasmus students' it's not the same. Can you imagine how hard is to change environment, to leave your home, your friends, your family and come in a new place? Maybe yes, you can imagine it. But I am sure that only the erasmus students/interns know how difficult is to leave this life that you lived for 1 semester.
It was 1 semester of changes. First of all you changed. The way that you are looking the others, the way that you are speaking to them. You tried new experiences and traveled a lot. You learned how to cook cheap and quick and where you can find the cheapest but the biggest tapas in Granada. You learnt how to order in Spanish ''Una cerveza'',''Un tinto de verano'', ''Un chupito nutella'' even if you didn't know a word in spanish before.
You may have found big group of friends, but there are times that you felt lost and lonely. Now, you know better how to face your loneliness and not to be afraid of it. However, you tried to enjoy every single moment with them because.....''your Erasmus is ending''.
Finally, your flatmates. A big part of the Erasmus experience is the flatshare. Fights, troubles, dirty kitchens, crazy flatmates are some of the ''bad but funny'' situations that some of us may face during the semester. But if you were lucky, maybe you met the most different but at the same time the best flatmates for you. Travel and party together, look for the cheapest alcohol in the chinese markets and share food when your bank account was almost empty or the supermarkets were closed. These are some of things that made your flatmates, your unique partners in the Erasmus experience.

I wrote all this for the people that WE met here in Granada because they made this journey unique for us. Different languages, different personalities, different cultures, but in the end you learn how to respect the differences and have fun with the similarities. Granada is a magic city, where you can explore every day something new.
But I know, that if someday I may come back, Granada won't be the same for me.
